Tok Pros LLC ("TokPros," "we," "us," or "our") operates tokpros.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services, book a call with us, or opt in to receive text messages from us.

Google OAuth data for email campaigns

When you connect a Google account for our email campaign services, we collect only the credentials required to send, manage, and track outgoing emails, such as the app token and refresh token. This data is collected solely to facilitate your email campaigns.

SMS opt-in data

When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number, the date and time of your consent, and the method you used to opt in. See Section 3 for full details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services
• Improve, personalize, and expand our services
• Communicate with you, including customer service and support
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up text messages when you have opted in

• Facilitate and manage email campaigns using Google OAuth data

We use your Google OAuth data solely for sending and managing outgoing emails and will not use it for any other purpose.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

How you opt in

You opt in to text messages when you book an appointment with TokPros through our booking page (powered by Calendly), enter your mobile number, and check the box agreeing to receive SMS messages from Tok Pros LLC. Opting in is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a call or purchasing any product or service.

What messages you receive

Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, and follow-up messages related to your booking. Messages are sent from +1 (440) 298-4080. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@tokpros.com.

No sharing of SMS opt-in data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS consent. Your mobile number is used only by TokPros and the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, and only to send the messages you agreed to receive.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal data, mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or Google OAuth data with any third parties, except:

• With service providers that help us operate our business (for example, scheduling, messaging, payment, and hosting providers), who may use the data only to perform services for us. This never includes sharing SMS opt-in data or consent for anyone's marketing purposes.
• When required by law or to comply with legitimate legal processes.

5. Personal Data Protection Guidelines

We are committed to handling your personal data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

• Data minimization: We only collect and retain the minimum personal data necessary for legitimate business purposes.
